Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client information into proprietary databases with zero tolerance for errors
- Validate data consistency across multiple platforms and flag discrepancies for review
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive financial and personal records
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting daily productivity metrics
- Generate daily/weekly reports on data entry accuracy and volume
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize data workflows
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for all data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Proven track record of 99.5%+ data accuracy in previous roles
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid North Carolina work authorization
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
