Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple client databases and CRM systems
- Perform data verification and quality control checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and reconcile transactional records with source documentation
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 65+ WPM with 99% accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify data patterns and inconsistencies
- Experience working with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Zoom)
