Responsibilities
- Perform Accurate Data Entry: Input and update customer and company data into various database systems with a strict adherence to accuracy and formatting standards.
- Verify and Audit Data: Regularly review entered data to identify discrepancies and correct errors to ensure data integrity.
- Manage Documentation: Organize, digitize, and file physical or electronic documents according to established protocols.
- Update Records: Maintain and update spreadsheets, CRM databases, and other record-keeping systems in real-time.
- Communication: Assist the administrative team by responding to data-related inquiries and providing weekly progress reports.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and security.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 45-50 WPM with high accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and maintain consistency in data presentation.
