- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transaction records using proprietary software platforms
- Perform data validation and quality control checks to ensure compliance
- Generate weekly productivity reports and audit trails for management review
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies in source documents
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR protocols for sensitive information handling
- Train on new client systems and data management best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and database management
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error prevention skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote settings
