Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain large volumes of data across multiple platforms
- Perform data quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy in all entries
- Utilize specialized software to process and organize information efficiently
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for management review
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adapt to evolving data management protocols and system updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail with error-prevention mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
