- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train on new database technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel mandatory)
- WPM 60+ typing speed with 10-key proficiency
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce.com
