- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Process high-volume transactions with 99.5% accuracy threshold
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports using Excel and SQL tools
- Collaborate with team leads via Slack and Zoom for quality assurance
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables essential)

- Associate's degree in Data Management or equivalent experience
- Proven track record meeting accuracy benchmarks
