About the Role:
This position is critical to our operations, requiring precision and efficiency. You'll be the backbone of our data ecosystem, ensuring seamless information flow across departments while working remotely from your Kansas City home office.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks
- Process and reconcile transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for management
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Train on new data management protocols quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Excellent written communication skills
