Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify data across multiple platforms
- Process 8,000+ keystrokes daily with 99.5% accuracy rate
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through systematic auditing
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel/Google Sheets
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Collaborate with QA team to implement process improvements
- Maintain organized digital filing systems with version control
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystame speed with error rate <0.5%
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
- Self-motivated with proven remote work capabilities
