Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple client databases with 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions and documents while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards
- Utilize proprietary software and Excel for data validation, reconciliation, and report generation
- Collaborate with team leads to implement data integrity protocols and process improvements
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and comply with data security regulations
- Perform regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies or anomalies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data management tools
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and document imaging software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies
- Self-motivated with excellent time management in remote work environments
- Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
