- Verify and correct inconsistencies in information using validation protocols
- Process and manage confidential client information with HIPAA compliance
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 40 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
