Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases using proprietary software
- Verify and cross-reference data against source documents to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and manage confidential information with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize data collection workflows
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining exceptional quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 100% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
