Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data in Salesforce and proprietary systems
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.5% data accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Generate daily productivity reports and KPI dashboards
- Implement data security protocols and HIPAA/GDPR best practices
- Train on new database systems and quarterly process updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- WPM typing speed of 60+ with 99.5% accuracy
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
