- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data anomalies for resolution
- Collaborate with Boston-based data analysts to optimize workflow efficiencies
- Maintain 99.8% data accuracy through triple-check verification processes
- Train on proprietary software during onboarding period
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise systems
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven ability to meet daily productivity targets (150+ records/hour)
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality protocols
