Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data in proprietary CRM and database systems
- Perform data quality audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Process confidential information with strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize data workflows
- Train on new software tools and industry-specific data standards
- Meet daily/weekly productivity targets while maintaining 99.5% accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
