- Process and verify transaction records using proprietary software platforms
- Generate daily productivity reports with detailed performance metrics
- Collaborate with Chicago-based team leads during quarterly audits
- Train on new data systems while maintaining existing workflow efficiency
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through cross-referencing protocols
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space for focused work
- Ability to work 9 AM - 5 PM Central Time daily
