Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process confidential documents including financial records, compliance forms, and client submissions
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies for resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Asana and Slack for project coordination
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR protocols for sensitive information handling
- Train on new data management systems and process improvements quarterly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar enterprise data platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error rates below 0.1%
- Ability to handle confidential information with strict compliance awareness
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps) and dedicated home office setup
