- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports for departmental review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Train on proprietary software and adapt to evolving data protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- WPM typing speed of 60+ with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial data systems preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
