Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data in CRM and ERP systems
- Verify and cross-reference information from source documents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business data
- Generate daily productivity and accuracy reports
- Collaborate with team leads on data quality initiatives
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
- Participate in quarterly process improvement workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks preferred
