Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM and ERP systems
- Verify data integrity through cross-referencing source documents
- Generate daily productivity reports and error logs
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
- Train on proprietary data management software
- Meet daily KPIs with 98%+ accuracy threshold
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hr
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
