Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process and manage confidential information with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports and data quality metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Utilize proprietary software for data extraction and analysis
- Train on new systems and processes as technology evolves
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.9% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and error-detection abilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- US-based with reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work PST business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
