Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage large datasets using proprietary systems and cloud platforms
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Generate daily/weekly reports and analytics dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards in all data handling processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional data entry experience with high-volume transaction processing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and Google Workspace
- Minimum 80 WPM typing speed with 100% accuracy demonstrated through assessment
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred
