Responsibilities
- Input, clean, and maintain accurate client data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.5% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions within established SLAs
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize proprietary software and MS Office Suite efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry
- Proficiency in 10-key typing with 8,000+ KPH accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with CRM and database management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to manage competing priorities in remote setting
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
