Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM and database systems
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance checks with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transaction records while meeting daily productivity targets
- Generate daily/weekly progress reports using Excel and internal dashboards
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information under HIPAA/GDPR guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word formatting) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 10-key numeric pad expertise
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated error detection capabilities
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data migration tools
