Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases
- Review and verify information for completeness and accuracy
- Perform data cleansing and quality checks to ensure data integrity
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to company policies and confidentiality agreements
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
