- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple platforms
- Perform data quality audits to ensure 99.9% accuracy in all entries
- Process high-volume transactions with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with IT and management to resolve data discrepancies
- Implement data validation protocols to prevent errors
- Train junior team members on data entry best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in remote setting
