Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases
- Verify and cross-reference information for completeness and accuracy
- Process and manage digital forms, documents, and spreadsheets
- Generate daily/weekly productivity and quality reports
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies through quality control checks
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize data workflows
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
