Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks with 99.9% accuracy
- Process and reconcile high-volume transaction records daily
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with IT team to troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proven 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99%+ accuracy
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
