Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer and account information into secure database systems using cloud-based platforms.
- Verify and correct errors in data to ensure high accuracy and completeness of all records.
- Perform regular backups and data archiving to ensure system security and data availability.
- Transcribe data from physical documents, emails, and spreadsheets into digital formats.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve data discrepancies and clarify requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative support.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
