- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Train on proprietary software during onboarding period
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with zero errors
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of meeting 95%+ accuracy metrics
- Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce Data Loader
