Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data validation, cleaning, and quality assurance checks
- Process confidential information with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with Austin-based team leads via Slack and Zoom
- Train on new data processing technologies quarterly
- Maintain 99.8% data accuracy across all assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 90+ words per minute typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
