Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and CRM systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in data entries to ensure the highest quality of information.
- Transcribe information from physical documents into digital formats and vice versa.
- Organize and archive digital files and physical records for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to report on project progress and data status.
- Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus.
