Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and employee information into our central database systems.
- Review and verify data for errors, omissions, and inconsistencies before finalizing records.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards for all sensitive company data.
- Perform regular backups and file organization to ensure data accessibility and recovery.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve data discrepancies or clarify instructions.
- Assist in the digitization of physical documents and archives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Basic knowledge of database management software.
