Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify customer and account information into various databases and software systems with high accuracy.
- Review data for discrepancies or errors and correct them immediately to ensure database integrity.
- Transcribe information from documents and digital sources into text files and spreadsheets.
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure information security and accessibility.
- Assist in the organization and management of physical and digital records.
- Communicate effectively with team members via email or chat platforms regarding data discrepancies.
- Meet daily and weekly data entry volume targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Must demonstrate excellent typing skills (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
