Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical customer and transactional data in CRM and ERP systems
- Perform daily data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy rates
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate weekly performance reports and identify data anomalies for resolution
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize data entry workflows using Excel and proprietary software
- Train on new database systems and compliance procedures as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience with proven accuracy metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Keen attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies in complex datasets
- Strong typing speed (60+ WPM) and 10-key proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms preferred
