Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our cloud-based management systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing data sets to ensure database integrity.
- Review and process incoming documents, such as invoices, receipts, and customer forms.
- Transcribe information from physical documents into digital formats using OCR software and manual typing.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company privacy policies.
- Assist in the organization of digital filing systems for easy retrieval and audit trails.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (90%+).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
