Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company information into our digital databases.
- Review and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records.
- Transcribe data from physical documents, emails, and handwritten notes into digital formats.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring they are easily retrievable and compliant with company policies.
- Assist in generating weekly reports and summaries based on collected data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
