Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in CRM and ERP systems
- Process and verify transactional data with 99.5%+ accuracy standards
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial and inventory records
- Generate weekly data integrity reports for management review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols for sensitive information
- Implement data security protocols including encryption and access controls
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables essential)
- WPM 60+ with 98% accuracy in typing tests
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Associate's degree in Data Management or related field preferred
- Experience with automated data validation tools (e.g., Alteryx)
- Remote work certification or equivalent virtual collaboration experience
- Ability to work independently across time zones when needed
