Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer information, financial records, and inventory data into our digital management systems.
- Perform regular audits of entered data to identify and rectify discrepancies or errors.
- Digitize physical documents and ensure scanned files are clear, legible, and properly labeled.
- Sort, classify, and index incoming data to maintain an organized and accessible filing system.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.
- Assist in the formatting and proofreading of reports to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Communicate with the team via email or Slack to resolve data-related queries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Proven experience with data entry, typing, and office software is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
