Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Perform regular data backups and archiving
- Assist in data cleaning and standardization processes
- Generate reports and summaries as requested
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Previous experience in data entry or similar role
- Proficiency in data entry software and tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
