Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain company data into digital databases and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Verify and cross-reference information to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and data integrity.
- Review completed work for errors and make necessary corrections before submission.
- Organize and file digital records and physical documents in a systematic manner.
- Transcribe documents from various formats (PDF, images) into editable text.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data discrepancies or urgent tasks.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
