Responsibilities
- Enter customer and account information into secure database systems with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in data entry records to ensure database integrity.
- Transcribe text and numbers from physical documents and digital images into digital formats.
- Perform regular backups and maintain the cleanliness of your work environment.
- Communicate with team leads to clarify data requirements and resolve errors.
- Update existing records with new or corrected information.
- Assist in the organization of digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer/laptop.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
