Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in company CRM and ERP systems
- Perform data quality audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Process confidential client information with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary analytics tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Train on new software platforms and data management systems
- Manage document scanning and digital filing systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional data entry experience
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in remote work environments
