Responsibilities
- Input customer and account data into our centralized database with high accuracy and speed.
- Verify and review data for errors, discrepancies, or missing information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal records.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure system security.
- Communicate with team members via email or chat to resolve data discrepancies.
- Update and amend existing customer profiles and transaction history as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative support.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
