Responsibilities
- Input and update customer and company data accurately into our database management systems.
- Verify and correct any discrepancies found in existing records to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and file digital and physical documents according to established filing protocols.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure all data entry meets company standards.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets and reports as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the team lead regarding data status and project requirements.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy and security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with a high accuracy rate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
