Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of alphanumeric data into proprietary systems
- Verify and cross-reference data against source documents to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Perform data audits and resolve discrepancies through systematic investigation
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Collaborate with team leads using project management tools like Asana and Slack
- Train on new data platforms and maintain proficiency in MS Office Suite
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation functions
- Proven ability to maintain 99.5% data accuracy under tight deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting SLAs
- Associates degree in Data Management or equivalent certification
