- Data Verification: Audit incoming data and cross-reference documents to ensure consistency and validity before storage.
- Document Management: Organize, scan, and digitize physical records, ensuring proper file naming and folder structures.
- Spreadsheet Management: Create and modify complex Excel spreadsheets, utilizing formulas and pivot tables for reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on completed data batches to identify and correct discrepancies immediately.
- Confidentiality: Adhere strictly to data privacy protocols and non-disclosure agreements to protect sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office management (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Typing Speed: Demonstrated ability to type at least 35-45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Internet Connection: A stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are mandatory for remote work.
