- Enter and update customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents into electronic formats.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and product databases.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve data-related issues.
- Perform routine administrative tasks to support the wider department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 40 WPM or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
