- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical datasets using proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process confidential information with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and SQL tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack and Zoom meetings
- Train on new data management systems quarterly
- Adhere to strict data security protocols including encrypted file transfers
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Associates degree or equivalent certification in data management
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
