Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company information into our central database systems with high precision.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and strict compliance with company standards.
- Review incoming data for errors or discrepancies and rectify them immediately to maintain high data quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements and report any technical issues.
- Perform regular audits of data entry logs to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Assist in the digitization of paper-based records and ensure proper indexing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed (40+ WPM) and a proven track record of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
